Overview
We offer size exchanges on all standard size orders.
Our exchange policy is only applicable for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your order, the order will no longer be eligible for an exchange.
Exchange policy is only applicable if the return order clears the evaluation by our team and is declared eligible for an exchange.
As our products are all made on order, exchange will take additional 5-7 working days to process and deliver upon receiving the return.
Exchanges and remakes are all subject to stock and fabric availability.
Exchanges Conditions
We only replace items given the following conditions:-
- If you need a size change for the same articles you purchased. Applicable only in case of standard sizes.
- If you receive a defected or damaged article.
- If you receive a wrong order.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at our website, Social media handles, WhatsApp or email us at info@suitss.co and our team will communicate with you.
NOTE: Items will only be exchanged if they are in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact and should not be removed.
If the items you have received are defective, please notify us promptly.
Exchange Policy For Customized Orders
For customized orders, there is no return/exchange if the requirements (size, color, measurements) have been incorrectly communicated by the customer.
If there is a mistake in the order from our end, we will exchange the order.
10-15% difference in color is expected due to the difference in light and camera.
Refund Policy
We do not offer any kind of refund on any kind of order.
Shipping Returns
To return your product for an exchange (if applicable), you should physically send your product to the address provided to you by our customer care representatives.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the items from your end to us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning expensive items for exchange (if applicable), you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
